• Information you submit through our service-request and fleet-inquiry forms: your name, phone number, email, vehicle details, company name and fleet details (for commercial inquiries), and anything you write in the message field.
• Contact-preference and consent information, including whether you opt in to receive calls or texts about your request.
• Basic technical information such as your IP address, the page you came from, and campaign parameters (for example UTM tags). We use this to route your request, prevent spam, and understand how people find us.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request and provide the service you asked about.
• To contact you by phone, text, or email about your request or vehicle, and, if you consented, follow-ups.
• To keep records of the work and communication related to your vehicle or fleet.
• To protect the website from spam and abuse.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate, specifically our customer-management platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), which stores and helps us follow up on your request, and, if enabled, an email provider used to notify the shop of your request. These providers process your information on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in, we may text you about your service request. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Your consent to texting is never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

At launch, this site does not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels. We may add privacy-respecting analytics in the future; if we do, we will update this policy to describe it.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and maintain our business records, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard the information you share.

Your choices

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
